Zakira Causevic is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern working towards her state licensure. She obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degree in social work from the University of South Florida. Zakira is bilingual (English- Bosnian).
She worked for over 20 years and possesses experience in the social field, serving individuals, families, and veterans from ethnically, culturally, and linguistically diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns.
Zakira’s counseling style is interactive, empathetic, compassionate, and warm. She provides a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment that encourages the development of insight and growth. She believes in a holistic approach to treating the whole person, as everyone is unique, and has the experience that requires a unique journey toward achieving the most fulfilling life. Also, Zakira works from evidence and a strength-based clinical approaches that utilized a client’s strength to help guide you to achieving healing, instill hope, highlight each client’s potential, and live the life you deserve.
