Jessica Ponce is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. She holds both a doctorate and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Del Plata Adventist University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the same institution in Argentina. Jessica’s clinical training is rooted in systemic family therapy, with a strong specialization in child, adolescent, and couples therapy. She offers services in both English and Spanish, providing culturally responsive care to a diverse range of clients.
Her professional background spans schools, private practice, behavioral health centers, and family courts in both Argentina and Florida. Jessica has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict, with a particular focus on maternal emotional attachment and postpartum well-being. She has served as Head of the Psychology Department at the Adventist Institute Velez Sarsfield and as a clinical psychologist for Family Court in Córdoba Capital, where she conducted psychological evaluations and interventions for children and families in legal proceedings.
In Florida, Jessica has provided care through organizations such as Child Guidance Center, Valcourt Behavioral Health, and Zodu LLC, offering therapy in both traditional and crisis settings and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care. Jessica is known for creating a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel seen and supported. Her approach blends clinical expertise with authenticity and empathy, empowering individuals and families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve emotional wellness.
