D’Andrea earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has experience working with diverse populations across various clinical settings. Her background includes supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions, using a client-centered and culturally responsive approach.
Her therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques. D’Andrea focuses on helping clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier thought patterns and behaviors that support long-term emotional well-being.
