Michelle G. Moore, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy, behavioral health support, and case management services across community health, primary care, correctional health, hospice, addiction treatment, and telehealth settings. She works with adults ages 18 and older and is committed to creating a supportive, confidential environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.
Michelle’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, mindfulness-based therapy, and supportive psychotherapy to help patients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
Her clinical areas of focus include anxiety, depression and mood disorders, stress management, trauma, grief and loss, addiction, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and career-related concerns. Michelle has extensive experience supporting culturally diverse populations in both in-person and virtual care environments.
Michelle earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology. She is licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and Virginia.
