Dr. Jacqueline Raffaele, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained an Associate in nursing (ASN) in 1991 from CCAC, in PA.  This was followed by a Bachelor’s of Science (BSN) in 2004 from California University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s of Nursing (MSN) in 2008, a Doctoral of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2015 both from Walden University in MN, and most recently a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from Nova Southeastern University, Florida.

She has over 30 years’ experience working with inpatients requiring Intensive care, Emergency, Telemetry, psychiatric, and obstetrics. She has more than 13 years’ experience as a Professor teaching all levels of nursing students at several Universities.

Jacqueline works with patients to create an evidence-based individualized plan of care that involves patients’ needs and concerns. She is empathetic and understanding to the needs of the unique population who seek balance in their mental health. Jacqueline’s focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, and other acute and chronic mental illness through psychiatric assessment, medication management, genetic testing, and intervention, for clients across the lifespan.
