She is experienced in working with adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting and in inpatient crisis intervention with adults.
Idalia guides her clients to discover personalized coping strategies and solutions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional regulation, and trauma-informed therapy modalities. Through the process, she hopes her clients find healing and self-worth.
