Paige Love Parker is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI).  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities from Florida State University in 2011, where she specialized in Art History focused on Religious Iconography.  Ms. Love earned her Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2020 from National University.

She is a Systemic and Relational Psychotherapist who studies the long-term, far-reaching effects of generational and historical trauma.  She finds purpose in helping others understand and overcome the unique symptoms of PTSD and cPTSD that arise when prompt and proper trauma care is denied. Her interest in Marriage and Family Therapy was piqued once she started to encounter many of the systemic and relational issues individuals experience at home and greater social systems we interact with each day.  From 2018-2021 she completed her practicum and internship training at the Family Ministry Counseling and Psychotherapy Services in Phoenix, AZ, under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Lewis, D.Min., LPC, LMFT-Supervisor, an understated champion for the progression of the Civil Rights Movement.  Ms. Love hopes to follow his lead.

Paige’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and knowledge driven. She has substantial clinical experience working with various indigenous groups, BIPOC populations, and members of the LGBTQIA community.  My goal is to be an ally to those who have been swept into the margins of society, and a supportive resource for clients to discover their sovereign power.
