Tiffany Potwin, RMHCI, is a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health care for individuals of all ages. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2020 and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Leo University in 2015. Currently, she is working toward licensure in the state of Florida. Throughout her career, Tiffany has gained valuable clinical experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and telehealth platforms. Her work has focused on providing person-centered therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to support clients on their journey toward healing.
Tiffany has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety and stress disorders, behavioral issues, autism spectrum disorder, self-esteem concerns, and family dynamics. She has worked in various mental health roles, including as an outpatient therapist and clinical counseling intern at multiple organizations. Her approach is integrative, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, behavioral therapy, and art therapy to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for her clients. She is dedicated to tailoring her interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they receive personalized care and support.
Tiffany credits her strong clinical skills to her diverse experience and her passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients. She strives to foster a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard and empowered. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs, and her friends and family. She also has a love for outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, as well as creative pursuits like reading, writing, and golfing.
