She has more than 7 years of experience serving as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She has over 15 years of working with children and adolescents in various environments. She is a certified Family Trauma Focused clinician.
She has a strong desire to help clients heal what hurts, discover new coping techniques, build a better version of self, and learn how to function daily with mental illness through providing cognitive behavior techniques and other behavioral modalities that are appropriate for the client. She helps clients identify their strengths and triggers that affect their lives. She helps clients with learning how to effectively communicate, muscle relaxation skills, emotional regulation, manage anxiety and improve self-esteem and positive coping skills.
