Marina Oganesova, Psy.D., is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology who earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from the APA-accredited Combined and Integrated Doctoral Program at Kean University. She completed her APAaccredited predoctoral internship at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital, where she provided comprehensive psychological services within an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Dr. Oganesova has experience delivering evidence-based individual, group, and milieu psychotherapy in high-acuity psychiatric environments. Her clinical work includes conducting psychological assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Oganesova has served as an adjunct professor at Kean University, teaching undergraduate and graduate-level psychology courses, including Research Methods, Theories of Personality, Psychology of Women, and Human Development Across the Lifespan.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused CBT. She works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and other complex mental health conditions.
Dr. Oganesova is fluent in English and Russian and is committed to delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care.
