Ms. Spencer earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Hartford, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and holds additional academic training in nursing and computer science. Her academic excellence has been recognized through multiple honors, including the Nadia Matheson Award for Cultural Understanding.
With many years of clinical and leadership experience, Ms. Spencer has practiced as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a variety of settings, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy.
