Kristi Graziano, LCSW, LCAT, NCC, BC-DMT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist with more than 23 years of experience providing comprehensive mental and behavioral health care across diverse clinical settings. Her background includes emergency psychiatric services, inpatient and outpatient treatment, residential programs, and community-based care, serving individuals with complex mental health needs.
Ms. Graziano earned her Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Pratt Institute and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. She is licensed in both Florida and New York and holds national certifications as a National Certified Counselor and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist. Her education and multidisciplinary training allow her to integrate traditional psychotherapy with creative and somatic approaches to support healing and emotional regulation.
Throughout her career, Ms. Graziano has held leadership and clinical roles, including serving as Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Program Director in New York, where she was responsible for program development, staffing, and service delivery. She has also worked extensively with survivors of traumatic brain injury, providing community integration counseling and behavioral support for over a decade. Most recently, she joined Harmony United Psychiatric Care as a full-time therapist after several years as a Behavioral Health Provider at FoundCare.
Ms. Graziano utilizes a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), humanistic principles, and somatic and creative arts interventions. She is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and emotional well-being. In addition to her clinical work, she has been a featured presenter at national and state conferences and remains committed to advancing accessible, holistic mental health care.
