Kimberly J. Grant, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan.
Kimberly earned her Post-Master’s Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Jacksonville University and holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Jacksonville University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Maryland and her Associate Degree in Nursing at Harford Community College. Kimberly is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) further to advance her clinical expertise and leadership in psychiatric care.
Kimberly brings extensive experience from both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. She currently practices at Baptist Behavioral Health in Jacksonville Beach. She has previously served patients at Riverpoint Behavioral Health, Atlantic Psychiatric Center, Rockledge Memorial Hospital’s Inpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit, and Harmony Psychiatric Care across multiple Florida locations. Earlier in her career, she worked as a psychiatric evaluator and registered nurse at UF Health Jacksonville and spent several years as an RN Case Manager at Mayo Clinic, providing comprehensive care coordination for complex medical and psychiatric conditions.
Her clinical expertise includes the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorders, and substance use disorders. Kimberly’s approach to care is holistic and individualized, integrating biological, psychological, social, and environmental factors into each treatment plan. She remains committed to staying current with advances in psychiatric research and treatment to ensure patients receive the highest quality, evidencebased care.
Kimberly’s practice philosophy is grounded in authenticity, kindness, and collaboration. She strives to build strong therapeutic relationships and partners with patients through education and shared decision-making to support long-term stability, resilience, and overall mental wellness.
