Kelli Walker, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting adults through life’s most challenging transitions. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, chronic illness and cancer, grief and bereavement, and major life changes. Kelli has specialized expertise in anticipatory grief, palliative care, caregiver support, and life coaching.
Kelli’s therapeutic approach is person-centered, collaborative, and relational. She creates a calm, open, and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her work integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to tailor care to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Throughout her career, Kelli has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including hospital-based behavioral health units, transplant services, neonatal intensive care, and virtual outpatient therapy. She brings deep clinical insight, compassion, and sensitivity to her work, helping clients approach emotional challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
