She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with honors from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, Eve believes in the power of kindness and empathy as essential elements of the healing process.
Eve has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, life transitions, and mental health challenges. She is particularly attuned to the unique struggles faced by those overcoming addiction and adjusting to difficult life circumstances. Having raised children with emotional and mental health disorders, she brings a deeply personal and empathetic understanding to her work with youth and families.
Eve utilizes a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based approaches. She strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.In her free time, Eve enjoys singing, self-reflection, gardening, and creating craftwork. She finds peace and inspiration in nature and embraces a holistic approach to well-being.
