Dr. Christian Jones, Psy.D., is a post-doctoral fellow in clinical psychology, committed to providing the highest standards of mental health care for individuals with diverse needs. He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from National Louis University in Chicago, IL, an APA-accredited program. In 2023, he completed his APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Trinity Services, Inc., where he conducted neuropsychological evaluations and provided therapy for outpatient populations. His clinical training includes advanced practicum experiences at East West University and the Alzheimer’s Association, as well as work in inpatient hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient clinics. He has received multiple awards for his leadership, including the 2020-2021 Student Leader of the Year at National Louis University and the Legacy Award from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Jones has extensive clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to the geriatric population. He has specialized training in conducting neuropsychological evaluations for autism spectrum disorders and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. He is well-versed in various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy. Prior to his graduate training, he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia, where he worked on health initiatives focusing on HIV/AIDS prevention, women’s health, and community outreach.
