Caroline Campbell, MS, is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida, dedicated to supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs through evidence-based and compassionate care. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, where she specialized in Military Families and Culture and was inducted into the Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of North Florida, graduating summa cum laude.
Caroline completed her clinical internship at Lakeview Health, a residential treatment facility specializing in addictions and co-occurring disorders. During her training, she worked with adults facing a variety of conditions, including trauma, substance use, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals with PTSD, women’s issues, and ADHD, and has a particular interest in veterinary professional mental health, stemming from her previous work in a veterinary setting.
Caroline’s therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe, collaborative, and goal-oriented environment. She integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support her clients’ growth and healing. With strong clinical documentation skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development, Caroline brings empathy, structure, and dedication to her work. In her free time, she enjoys music, animals, and reading—believing in the power of animals as part of the healing process.
