Designed to complement individual therapy and increase access to care, group psychotherapy brings individuals together in a professionally guided, confidential setting where participants build skills, gain insight, and learn alongside others navigating similar challenges.

Current Group Offerings

Harmony United Psychiatric Care is currently offering a CBT for Anxiety Group, which focuses on identifying anxious thought patterns, practicing grounding and breathing techniques, and developing practical tools to manage stress. Participants engage in guided skill-building within a supportive group environment.
