Message from provider: Change and seeking help may seem daunting, but by reaching out we can work together to start the process of healing. I like to compare therapy with me to that of climbing a mountain, you point to a peak you want to reach, and we set off to get there together. Even thought I don’t have the answers to the mysteries of life, I can help you on your chosen path by assisting you with barriers that block your way while being a positive presence when hope seems lost. I provide an integrative therapy with a humanistic focus, meaning we will work together to get you to where, and who, you want to be. In working with me, we will build a relationship that can create lasting change by getting to the heart of the issues you are experiencing. I offer a completely judgment-free space where we can tackle whatever issue, concern, or feeling you have.
