Katie Cutchinis a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working with children, adolescents, and families since 2005.
Katie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University in 2005 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2008. She worked for 6 years at a Day-Treatment Program that served adolescents involved with the juvenile justice system and other at-risk youth. She held positions as Director of Treatment and Director of Operations during her time with that program. Katie also has several years of experience working with children and adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting where she provided individual, group, and family therapy to the patients she served. Katie began providing therapy in an outpatient setting in 2016, serving adolescents and adults through individual and family therapy. Katie is also trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, which is very effective in treating several conditions such as PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and some personality disorders.
